Even though China is opening to be more accessible to the west, there is a reconstruction period going on and it hasn't hit bottom yet.
Starting late May, banks, insurance companies and financial institutions will start a downward trend through October.
The New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ and American combination and one forthcoming international exchange will be the leaders in the world with minor European, Asian and South American Exchanges. This will lower costs which will only help the players.

According to the Center for Analyses and Alternative Cure "Irina" during 1999 there will happen the following events:
Especially intensive regarding the water floods will be January, during February there will be temporary calm and lull, in order to begin again in the end of March. Too many coastal zones along the Pacific Ocean will be affected. A sinking of the sea bottom will create conditions for fearful rough waters and tsunami. During February on the firmament there will be watched special light radiating and some astronomers will announce the coming of heavenly body. Then the temperatures will increase and will begin melting and tearing off of huge ice pieces from the ice continent.
The effect of perishing of plankton and bacteria pollution will colour many water rooms and spaces in turbid-whitish colour.
Sources of higher radioactive radiation in the zone of the Balkans. The conflict in Kosovo will have peaks during first half of January and from the middle of February, and will expand it's areas. There will be not used conventional weapons, except the massive rocket blows and attacks. Miloshevich is preserving his present situation. Through intermediaries Turkey will interfere in the conflict. Romania will maintain seeming neutrality.
The financial collapse in Russia will bring it further and further to the bottom, which will force Russia to sell its diamond reserves. During this period Russia will look like a boat in the stormy sea, which travellers will ride on their luck and chance. In one of the ranges of the country will be detonated nuclear weapons once again with the purpose - political effect.
The world financial crisis will generate chain reactions. Only China and France, which will follow Chinese example, will keep afloat, and few countries from African region also, but which standard is not so high anyway.
The World will loose one of the first and leading ladies. F. Castro and Arafat will be seen on event due to sad occasion. The pressure of Israel towards Palestine will extend but the corresponding reaction will be enormous and tremendous also.
After April the popal tiara will change it's owner. The new God's substitute will have in his veins Hungarian blood also.
Enormous misadventures and dangers are waiting the U.S.A., among them are the floods and earthquakes. The States should manage to solve the problems and consequences of thoughtless political decisions connected with the fate of the World.
About the end of February Bulgaria will be shaken up by stormy political scandals. There will be published documents kept in secret. Then will begin displacement among ruling circles, but this will calm the situation till March-April only. Two of the central leading newspapers will remain without their editors-in-chief. One of the editors will leave due to the natural reasons, but the other one will be forced to retire.
We shall keep afloat only due to the enormous supreme efforts and stoicism showed by everyone who is realizing, that the support of the power harmonization and energy of the nation and it's entering into the Program for the survival of the parts of our planet depends up to him.
The global changes in the climate will force us to watch flowering during February and ice rains during the summer.
