You will not believe what is going to happen next!
Our year system is based on the years since the birth of Christ
(though in reality he was probably born around 4 B.C.) Christ made many
prophecies about the future, which we are seeing and will see come to pass.
Others in the Bible also made amazing predictions.
Bible prophecy experts predict this is what will happen soon:
****1. An increase in wars, famines, disease and earthquakes
Jesus Christ predicted that in the end times "...nation will rise against
nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and
pestilence's, and earthquakes in various places." (Matthew 24:7)
We are seeing increasing military unrest in Somalia, Sudan, Bosnia,
Serbia, Timor, Palestine and Chechnya. China is threatening Taiwan while
North Korea seems unstable. Boris Yeltzin, upset about US criticisms of
Russia's intervention in Chechnya, recently said "Russia is a great power
that possesses a nuclear arsenal. It is we who will dictate." He has put
the Russian missiles on red alert. Russia also recently conducted 3 test
missile strikes.
AIDS continues to spread and new diseases are showing up such as the Ebola
virus and, more recently, a new powerful flu in California.
With major earthquakes in Turkey, Mexico, Philippines, Greece,
California, Columbia, North India, Afghanistan and Taiwan this year, the
London Telegraph has called 1999 "the year of the earthquake."
These events indicate that we are probably getting very close to the end
times.
****2. The worst economic depression in US history
(Deuteronomy. 28:38-48 applied to America)
Contrary to what you may be hearing, the national debt is over six
Trillion (6,000,000,000,000) dollars. If that amount was put end to end in
a line of 100 dollar bills, the line would extend over 5 million miles. If
our economy takes a downturn, we will not be able to pay the interest on
this debt, and will have to "monetize" (print up extra money). Massive
inflation will
result. Likely the Dollar will collapse and the EU (Euro) will become the
world's standard currency. America will be ruined and will decline as the
world power. Europe will rise.
The impact of Y2K will likely be largely economic. While the US
appears to be more ready (and just how ready we are will soon be seen) much
of Asia, South America and Europe are not. For example, a recent poll in
Italy showed that only 1% of the population ever heard of Y2K! Prices of raw
materials and parts could skyrocket, sending our production and economy into
a tailspin. The overpriced stock market is also a bubble just waiting to
burst.
When economies fail, people in desperation are more likely to look to
dictators for solutions. The great depression began
globally when the stock market crashed on October 29, 1929.
Adolf Hitler's Nazi party was elected into power in Germany on
September 14, 1930.
In the USA, Bill Clinton has signed many executive orders giving
himself and the executive branch sweeping dictatorial powers through FEMA
should an emergency be declared due to Y2K or anything else. Our cherished
democracy could soon be in peril.
****3. A great world leader will rise out of the European Union
(Daniel 7:23-26)
A charismatic leader will come to power over Europe. He will sign a 7 year
treaty to protect Isreal. He will be very popular, and will gain control of
the entire European Union.
****4. The cashless society and the mark of the beast
After the collapse of the US dollar, the Euro will become the world
currency. The European leader will effectively link all nations to the EU
and will become a world dictator! Already such treaties as NAFTA and GATT
as well as organizations such as the Trilateral Commission and The Council
of Foreign relations work to erode national sovereignties. Politicians who
speak against the New World Order are ridiculed and dismissed.
This World leader will introduce a worldwide cashless system. All
transactions will be electronic; there will be no cash. This is already
happening in some nations - citizens of New Zealand no longer carry cash;
all is done through debit cards. This is becoming the same case in the EU.
The cashless system will use microchip implants instead of debit/credit
cards. The system will use very small
(virtually invisible) microchips injected into the skin (or "mark") on the
right hand or forehead of each consumer.
In order to receive the mark, however, one will have to pledge complete
loyalty to the world leader. However this leader from Europe will be the
antichrist! The book of Revelation describes his cashless system:
"He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave,
to receive a mark on his right hand or forehead, so that no one could buy or
sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast, for it is a
man's number. His number is 666." (Revelation 13:16-18)
The number 666 is a key number in some types of computer programming. For
example, in the UPC (Unified Product Code) two thin lines separated by a
thin space represent the number six. Almost all UPC labels have 3 such
pairs (without numbers under them) at the beginning, middle and end.
Therefore most UPC labels contain the
Number 6-6-6! Just a coincidence???
The technology for the microchip implant "mark of the beast" already exists.
Millions of animals have been injected with them for identification
purposes. They are being experimented with on babies and army personnel.
Well known consumer advocate Ralph Nader recently said,
"Is there a number or a mark planned for the hand or forehead in a new
cashless society? Yes, and I have seen the machines that are now ready to
be put in operation."
If you are around when this happens, DO NOT GET THE MARK!!
The Bible says:
"If anyone worships the beast and his image and receives his mark on the
forehead or hand, he, too will drink the wine of God's fury, which has been
poured out full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented
with burning sulfer in the presence of the holy angels and of the lamb."
(Revelation 14:9-10)
****5. Terrible disasters and Plagues
During the coming time, many plagues will occur. Waters will be
poisoned, much of the sea ruined, the sun will scorch people with intense
heat. A great earthquake will wipe out islands and mountains.
****6. The battle of Armageddon
World war III will come to a climax as the forces of China, Europe and
others converge for a great battle in the Valley of Armageddon, in Isreal.
The book of Revelation mentions forces numbering 200,000,000 which is the
size of the Chinese people's army.
****7. The Return of Christ
Just when mankind is ready to destroy himself
completely, Jesus Christ will return in his full strength and glory. Last
time he came as a humble servant to die for our sins; this time he will come
as a conqueror to judge the world. Many who reject Him will be so afraid
at his coming that they will hide themselves in caves.
Are you ready for all of this craziness?
Don't put your security in this world. Stocks, Bonds, the US dollar,
mutual funds, 1040Ks will all one day collapse and become worthless. No
amount of health insurance can protect you.
And when Christ returns, you will be fully accountable for every deed you
have ever done. Put your trust in God and prepare spiritually so you will
have nothing to fear in this life or in eternity.
Does it seem to you that there is some strange "driving force" that is
moving us toward a "New World Order" and a one-world government? This is
because the forces behind the creation of the New World Order are SPIRITUAL
in nature; you cannot fight against it in the political arena alone. You
need to step into the light that God offers you first. Then you can be a
victor with Christ over the forces behind the NWO.
*****Four things you need to know and apply*****
1. God loves you completely. More than you can ever imagine.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever
believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
2. You (and everyone else) have broken God's laws and are guilty.
Nearly 2000 years ago the Apostle said this about our generation:
"But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will
be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive,
disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving,
slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good,
treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God -
having a form of godliness but denying its power. " (2 Timothy 3:1-5a) Can
anyone deny that describes us??
We all fall short of God's perfect standard and the Bible says that the
wages of sin is death (hell). We all deserve to be separated from God
forever because of our wrongdoings. Think about it - have you lied? Then
you are a liar. Ever stolen anything? Then you are a thief. Ever used the
Lord's name in vain? Or disobeyed your parents?
Had lust in your heart? Been proud or selfish? God's standard is moral
perfection and well all fall far short of that. We all desperately need his
forgiveness.
3. When Jesus died on the cross, he paid the penalty for your sins.
He suffered an agonizing crucifixion and was punished in your place.
He rose again and appeared before hundreds of people. He is alive today.
4. You must receive Jesus Christ as your savior and Lord.
He offers you forgiveness, eternal life, and real hope. Will you give your
life to him? If you ask him to forgive you and to come into your life and
be your Lord he will be faithful to do so.
(Jesus speaking)"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my
voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him and he with
me" (Revelation 3:20)
